POLICY FOR LOOKING UP INFORMATION
IN THE ENGINEERING DIVISION
Research in the Engineering Division is only conducted on the
following days with a scheduled appointment only:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between the hours of 8:30am & 3:30pm.
To schedule an appointment, call 401-767-9213 or send an
e-mail.
Any research that involves City water mains and facilities requires
written permission from the Water Division. All requests will
include the purpose for collecting the information and with whom it
will be shared . Please specify the type and area of information
needed. Mail all requests to: City of Woonsocket, Water Division,
1500 Manville Road, Woonsocket, RI 02895. For more information, call
401-767-2482.
Emergency utility work that requires research will be allowed Monday
through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, provided that you call the
office at 401-767-9213, to confirm the availability of Engineering
Personnel to assist you.

Effective 8/1/2009 all file
downloads onto your media or flash drive and files sent to any email
address are $2.00 each. This helps us offset the cost of scanning
and producing these documents while providing a cost savings versus
purchasing paper copies.
