Animal Shelter Notes...

Stray pets are available for adoption 5 days after the date they are found.
See our "featured pets" every week in the Valley Breeze!!!
Remember - be responsible and spay or neuter your pet
Never leave your pet in the car.  Also, it is important to make sure your pet has plenty of water and a cool place to hide.

The Woonsocket Animal Shelter would appreciate the following:

  • Donate resources - money, cat litter, dog and cat toys, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, leashes, etc..,
  • Encourage legislators to vote in favor of the animals
  • Educate friends and neighbors - be an animal advocate, advocate responsible ownership including spaying and neutering.

Feel free to visit the Animal Shelter at 9 Cumberland Hill Road to check out the pets available for adoption.

Please click here to e-mail the Woonsocket Animal Shelter or call (401) 766-6571

If you are looking for a lost pet, you can also check the Providence Animal Control Center.
